Does Picosecond Machine Have Effect To Treat Melasma?

Melasma is a chronic and difficult to treat pigmentary skin disease that is more common in women of childbearing age.

The treatment of melasma with large spot and low-energy pigmented laser (Q-switched) flat scan is called "laser skin cleansing".

1. Spot: The large spot is ≥ 6 mm.
